The Estate
Can you rent the whole villa estate?
Yes. Villa AMA is rented only as a whole estate to one group at a time. The estate comprises six villas and suites, with seven bedrooms, giving guests complete privacy and exclusive use of the pool, lawn, beachfront and all common areas.
Can individual villas be booked separately?
No. To protect the privacy of every guest, Villa AMA is never sold room by room. The estate is always booked in full by a single party.
How many guests does Villa AMA sleep?
The estate sleeps 14 guests in its bedrooms and up to 20 with the sofa beds drawn out, across six villas and suites with seven bedrooms in all — Villa Sea A and B, Villa Sun A and B, the Sky Suite, and the Star Suite.
Families & Access
Is Villa AMA suitable for families with children?

Is the villa wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The Sky Suite is fully wheelchair accessible from end to end, with step-free access and a walk-in shower, making the estate suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Is there a swimming pool and beach access?
